They may be needed often. For these two reasons we provide free visual inspections. Undetected damage can be expensive if left unchecked
TPO: Thermoplastic Olefin or Polyolefin
TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from ethylene propylene rubber. They are designed to combine the durability of rubber with the proven performance of hot-air weldable seams. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install.

BriteTEK™ Roof Membrane blends the benefits of EPDM and TPO (thermoplastic olefin) providing a watertight roof that is easy to install and maintain. BriteTEK™ has superior puncture and tear resistance and is tested by Carlisle Syntec to assure long term performance. Carlisle's BriteTEK™ membrane resists uneven weathering and fading and passes the ASTM 20 year accelerated aging test. BriteTEK™ features fleece backing.
EPDM Rubber Roof
EPDM rubber or Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is used for many purposes. EPDM is a high-density rubber that is very durable. Considered to be the most water resistant rubber among all typs of rubber, EPDM rubber is widely used for manufacturing of the sheeting used at high temperatures. This is one of the most commonly used and fastest growing synthetic rubbers having both general-purpose and specialty applications.
