This floor looks okay and may appear just fine but walking on it and a closer inspection shows many cracked tiles coming up with jagged edges.Removal in process. After removal much of the floor is cut out and replaced and an entire new subfloor laid down prior to laying the final wood layer.Finished floor. The customers choice of floor color matched the interior colors perfectly and now there will be no more cracked tile below their feet
